Paradigm is thrilled to announce that Ryan Franck, Clinical Assistant at our San Francisco location, has been chosen as November’s Employee of the Month.
A native of the Bay Area, Ryan Franck has extensive experience working with adults with disabilities, as well as adults suffering from anxiety, depression, and other mental and emotional health conditions. Throughout his time serving these populations, he developed a passion for meeting people where they are and helping them navigate the challenges and victories they experience. An avid athlete an outdoorsman, Ryan’s commitment is to contribute to a healthy, healing environment for teens that allows them to find the space to heal and grow while at Paradigm.
Although he has only been working at Paradigm for a little less than a year, Ryan has already become an integral member of the team with an inherent positive influence on those around him. When asked to describe the qualities that make Ryan an outstanding Paradigm employee, San Francisco’s Deputy Director Dianna Welsh said:
“Ryan makes meaningful connections with the youth in the program and is consistently described by youth as “trustworthy”, “supportive” and “awesome”. He demonstrates a balance of healthy and consistent boundaries while also showing up as authentic and caring. This balance creates a safe container for our youth and supports their willingness and ability to fully engage in their treatment. Ryan is extremely reliable, flexible and an overall team player. He is always willing to meet the needs of the program and demonstrates professionalism in the workplace. Ryan is always pleasant to work with and brings a calm, grounded and patient presence to every shift!”
Congratulations, Ryan! We appreciate everything you do for Paradigm and hope to have you on board for many years to come. Keep up the good work!
